The small print.

The Baggers sells Italian leather handbags, handmade by artisans in Florence. This page is the agreement between you and us when you use stylebaggers.com or buy a bag from us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

You do not need an account to buy. If you are shopping for someone else, these terms apply to you as the buyer.

Every bag we list is a bag we actually make and stock. Product photos show the real item, and the description on each bag page is the description we wrote for that bag.

Leather is a natural material. Two bags of the same model can differ slightly in grain, tone and softness, and a mark or two is part of the hide rather than a fault. Colors can also read differently from one screen to the next, so if a shade matters to you, ask us before ordering.

Checkout is handled by our shop platform. Your card details go to them, not to us — we never see or store your full card number.

Your order is a request until we confirm it. You will get an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fill the order — the bag is no longer available, or a price or stock mistake reached the site — we will tell you and refund anything you paid, in full.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each bag page. Bags start at $95.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Where an order is subject to sales tax, duty or a similar charge, it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Shipping is free, with no minimum order. We currently ship within the United States; if you want a bag delivered somewhere else, ask us through the contact page and we will tell you honestly whether we can.

Delivery times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, small delays are theirs — we will chase it with them either way.

Risk and ownership of a bag pass to you when it is delivered.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send us a message through the contact page and we will give you the steps.

To be refundable, a bag needs to come back unworn and undamaged, with its packaging and any dust bag. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and we will tell you as soon as the money is on its way.

If a bag arrives faulty or wrong, tell us and we will sort it — a replacement, a repair or a full refund. That is your legal right and nothing here takes it away.

Bags are made by hand in small runs, so a color or model can sell out and come back different. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you and refund it rather than leave you waiting.

The chat on the shop and bag pages is an assistant that answers only from the bags we actually sell, with real prices and colors from the live catalog.

It is a starting point, not advice. It can be wrong, and it will say so when it does not know a detail. Check the bag page before you buy.

Please use the site the way a shopper would. Do not try to break it, interfere with it, scrape the catalog, or use it to send spam or false orders.

We can refuse or cancel an order that looks abusive, fraudulent, or clearly not a genuine purchase.

The name, logo, layout, photographs, illustrations and writing on this site belong to us or to the people who made them. You may look, share and buy. You may not copy the site, reuse our photos to sell other goods, or pass anything here off as your own.

The bags themselves are ours to make and sell; the leather and hardware are the work of the tanneries and suppliers we buy from.

We run the site to the best of our ability and take down or fix problems when we hear about them. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing here limits our liability for something we are not allowed to limit — for example fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Where we are at fault, our responsibility for an order is limited to the price of that order plus refund of any shipping you paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event or a lost resale.

We may update this page. The version shown at the top is the one in force, and it applies to orders placed after that date. Orders already placed keep the terms that applied when they were made.

If a court or regulator decides one line here cannot be applied, the rest of the terms still stand.
